Pam Schwadron, is a Managing Director with over 20 years of Financial services experience. Pam focuses on manager selection and targeted sources of active capital. Pam’s past engagements have included venture capital, real estate, private equity, emerging equities, and credit. Pam’s investor base has a particular focus on HNW and family offices. Prior to Kenmar, Pam was a Partner at SugarHill Capital and Ardsley Partners and began her network of the HNW channel at Goldman Sachs. Pam got her undergraduate degree at UT Austin School of Business and a master’s degree from NYU Stern School of Business.

Daniel Polizzi, is Managing Director and co-founder of Olympia Partners. Daniel has 13+ years of Investment Banking experience and focuses on global M&A and Debt & Equity capital raising mandates. Daniel has been involved with over 45 transactions within sectors including Consumer + retail, Pharma + Healthcare, Technology, Financials, Chemical + Industrials, and Logistics. Prior to Kenmar Daniel spent 8 years as Banker and Business Development at Atlas Advisors and began his career in Latin America with Lazard Freres & Co.

Paul Michowicz, CFA, is a Managing Director with 20+ years of portfolio management, transaction analysis and structuring experience. He has expertise in complex investment structures and will focus on sourcing and strategy analysis for growth and infrastructure opportunities.
Prior to joining Kenmar, Paul was Head of Capital Markets at Exotix, Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at Advisors Asset Management, Director in FinTech Investments at Lehman Brothers and managed a $2 billion portfolio at Bankers Trust. Paul holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with Distinction and as a Palmer Scholar, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting (Honors) from the University of New South Wales, where his thesis was on Option Pricing.

Courtney Fellowes, is a Managing Director with 28+ years of Financial Services experience. Courtney is focused on broadening Kenmar’s reach in capital raising for companies in technology, infrastructure and real assets including real estate. She will continue to explore opportunities in both Developed and Emerging economies. Courtney graduated with a B.A. from Queens University in Canada and a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s SIPA program and the Harriman Institute.

Jack Faller, is Director of FinOps with 25+ years of Financial Services experience. Jack’s extensive experience in Financial Operations and Compliance creates a perfect fit for Kenmar’s dynamic platform. Prior to joining the Firm, Jack Founded his own consulting firm, Spotlight Compliance Solutions, worked 5 years as Branch Manager and Compliance Officer for Trillium Trading, Sr Compliance Examiner with NASD, Elephant X Dot Com, Compliance Analyst at International Equities at GFI Group. Jack graduated with a B.S. in Business/ Accounting from Rowan University.

Peter duBusc is a Director and has 15+ years of experience in capital markets. At Kenmar, Peter is responsible for originating new mandates as well as sourcing capital for existing Kenmar Securities opportunities. Prior to joining Kenmar, Peter held senior roles at US Bank and Chapdelaine Credit Partners.

Robert Cox, is an Executive Officer and CCO with over 37 years of experience in Financial Services markets. His extensive experience in growth and innovation is well suited for management roles in a fast-growing business environment like Kenmar Securities. Prior to joining the Firm, Robert worked at Forbes Private Client Group for 4 years as a Managing Director focused on business development, 2 years at Drexel Hamilton, a service disabled Veteran firm, focused on product development and revenue growth, Robert also worked at Lehman Brothers for 27+ years as a senior Managing Director in Fixed Income, Equities, structured and derivative products in both the U.S. and abroad. Robert graduated with BBS degree from University of North Carolina.

Kevin Connors, Is a Managing Director with 38 years of Financial Services experience. Kevin’s background in structured products and derivative marketing has earned him a reputation of excellence within this specialized area of finance. Kevin’s focal point is with private equity/ hedge fund opportunities that fit the needs of his network of sophisticated institutional investors. Prior to joining Kenmar Kevin spent 7 years as Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Sorin Capital, 12 years as Global Head of Financial Engineering at Lehman Brothers and 9 years as Head of Institutional Structuring of Financial Derivatives at Citibank.

Rodrigo Carvalho, is a Managing Director with over 20 years of Investment Banking experience. Rodrigo has a broad timeline of experience across markets, regions and products that including debt, equities, investment banking, research, structured products and leadership roles. Prior to joining Kenmar Rodrigo was a Senior Managing Director at Banco Espirito de Investimento and Ernst and Young.
