Mitch Fenimore

Mr. Mitch Fenimore is a Managing Director with over 25 years experience in financial services. His focus lies in providing placement agent and secondary advisory services to the private equity and real asset
industries. Specifically, he works on raising capital for private equity and real asset funds. Prior to joining Kenmar Securities, Mr. Fenimore was a Managing Director in the Private Equity Group at Griffin
Financial Group for over 16 years. Earlier, Mr. Fenimore was a partner in an international capital advisory firm where he managed capital-raising efforts for U.S. private equity funds and provided merger and
acquisition advisory services to numerous companies. Mr. Fenimore began his career as an associate consultant with Coopers & Lybrand and held management positions in corporate development and strategy with The Franklin Mint. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College. Additionally, he is licensed with FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.

Mark Wild

Mark Wild is a Managing Director with over 35 years global experience as a senior investment professional with a deep knowledge of capital markets and investors in Australia, Japan, Asia and North America. Strong track record of relationship management and new business development. Mark has managed teams in global, multi-cultural environments in New York, Tokyo, and Melbourne. Work experience includes years with Daiwa Securities, ANZ Securities, UBS Warburg, Nomura, Mitsubishi and Barclays. Mark earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Melbourne. He’s been registered in Australia (RG146), Japan (JDA Class1) and the USA (Series 63, 7 & 24). Mark has full business proficiency in written and spoken English and Japanese.

Boris Epshteyn

Boris Epshteyn is a Managing Director with 16+ years of experience in the financial services and bank finance business.  Boris has a wide range of expertise across industries including healthcare, med-tech, energy, real estate, transportation, and bank finance.   Boris’ knowledge and relationships play a significant role in Kenmar’s Private Equity, Investment Banking and Direct Investment businesses. Boris is also an attorney, having worked at White & Case and Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCoy focusing on litigation, international, and securities law. Boris is a founder of Georgetown Advisory, which provides political, media, communications, and public affairs consulting services. Boris graduated, cum laude, with a BSFS degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

 

Michael Voelker

Michael Voelker is a Managing Director with 32+ years in the Financial Services market.  Mike has held leadership roles at some of Wall Street’s major broker dealers. This experience makes Mike particularly well suited for playing a significant role in sourcing both, capital and investment opportunities at Kenmar Securities.  Prior to coming to Kenmar,  Mike, worked at Gleacher and Co., Bank of America , HSBC as well as a long stent at Lehman Brothers.  Most recently, Mike formed SV Industrial Group that focused on Industrial/ Commercial properties. Prior to SVI, Mike was a principle at Covington Group responsible for project financing, investor relations and financial operations. Mr. Voelker has a BS from Fordham University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

 

James Tammaro

James (Jimmy) Tammaro is a Managing Director with over 40 years of Wall Street experience.  Jimmy most recently ran TGP Securities where he oversaw the firm’s businesses including the Investment Banking and Advisory units. This experience makes Jimmy helpful in charting the growth and diversification of Kenmar Securities’ revenue streams.  Prior to TGP, Jimmy’s was with several notable Wall Street firms including HSBC(USA) Inc.,  Blaylock & Partners LP and Merrill Lynch for more than 20 years, Jimmy functioned in a senior supervisory role with respect to Fixed Income and Equity marketing and certain investment banking activities, for teams in excess of 25 persons. Jimmy graduated with a B.S. degree from  College of the Holy Cross.

 

Andrew Maus

Andrew (Andy) Maus is a Managing Director with over 20 years of financial services experience.  Andy has worked across capital markets, investment banking, venture capital and wealth management.  Prior to Kenmar, Andrew gain extensive experience at AI Capital focusing on early growth, enterprise level artificial intelligence (AI) software companies.  Andrew has worked for several bulge brackets: Deutsche Bank, Bear Stearns, and BT Alex. Brown.  Andrew has an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University, Carey School of Business and  BS degree in Finance from University of Baltimore.  Andrew is a research assistant in A.I. and Data Management at The Carey School of Business in Baltimore.

 

 

Jim Cahill

Mr. Cahill has been an investment banking and management consulting professional in New York City for the past 30 years to both private and public companies from development stage to multi-national corporations.  He has been a principal, director and senior advisor to many domestic and international companies throughout his career.

 

Mr. Cahill is currently a Managing Director at Kenmar Securities in New York and is licensed as a securities principal.  Previously, Mr. Cahill founded McKim & Company LLC, a financial advisory and management consulting firm in 1999.   Prior to founding McKim, he was a Managing Director at both MFR Securities, Inc. and Laidlaw Global Securities.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Cahill was with TIAA-CREF managing a $1.5 billion portfolio of investments.  Mr. Cahill started his career in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co.

 

Mr. Cahill graduated from Boston College, attended law school at Loyola University of Chicago and Oxford University (Magdalen College) and received a Masters in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.   Mr. Cahill resides in Huntington, NY with his wife, Eileen Kathryn Boyd, and their two children.

 

Richard Finley

Richard Finley is a Director with 15+ years of experience as a consultative sales professional.  At Kenmar, we believe that Rich will be able to add a great deal of value in his business development role.  In that role Rich will be sourcing investment opportunities as well as capital.  Rich, built he current skill sets while working with alternative and traditional asset managers, corporations and national broker dealers.  Before coming to Kenmar, Rich worked at CFRA Research, Exotix Capital, and Gryphon Strategies.  Rich graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Delaware.

David Kratochvil

David Kratochvil is a Managing Director and brings more than 30 years of broad financial sector experience and leadership. David joins the Company from Euro Pacific Capital, where he served as Managing Director in the Corporate Finance department overseeing the firm’s investment banking efforts across a variety of sectors since 2008, Kratochvil also served as Director of Research where he managed a team of equity analysts and increased research coverage.  David had a lengthy career analyzing and investing in international securities which makes him perfectly suited for the international  investments that are hallmark at Kenmar Securities, LLC.  Additionally, Kratochvil founded his own advisory firm, Vista Capital Advisors, to provide global investment advice. David also served as a business tax consultant in New York.   He currently has his Series 7, 24,63, 79, 86, 87.  David earned his undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton) and an MBS in Finance at the University of Chicago (Booth).

Quentin Whyte

Quentin Whyte, is a Sr. Associate and joined Kenmar directly after graduation from Northwestern University in 2016. Quentin is focused on quantitative analysis, issuer due diligence recommendations and capital allocation. Quentin has been involved with several M & A and capital raising transactions in U.S., Latin America and Europe.
