David M. Kratochvil is the Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Director for Kenmar Securities LLP.
David joined Kenmar on October 2020 and has worked on a variety of transactions during his tenure. Hebrings more than 32 years of broad financial sector experience having worked at Euro Pacific Capital,
where he served as Managing Director in the Corporate Finance department overseeing the firm’s investment banking efforts across a variety of sectors. Prior to Euro Pacific, David had a lengthy career investing in a broad class of international securities with Omega Advisors in New York and with MerrillLynch in London. David is Series 7, 14, 24, 63, 79, 86 and 87 FINRA qualified. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton) and an MBA in Finance at the University of Chicago (Booth).
